This is a notebook and guide for learners of English as a second or overseas language, all over the earth. Most of the writings here are in Basic English, first designed by C. K. Ogden, using 850 necessary words and a number of international words only.

Twitter in Basic English
 I've been testing a
number of new systems for
networking.

One of them is Twitter.
It is like blogs and discussion lists
put together and
made simpler.

Twitter makes you able to send a
short note out on the Internet, by
answering the question:
"What are you doing?"

You may "search," or go looking for
what you are interested in,
by putting a keyword into an
empty space.

Putting the sign "#" before the keyword
will give the search a good effect,
like "#keyword."

Another important point of "Twitter" is
that you may have your "leaders" and
"followers."

When you are in the "Twitter" space,
you may come across someone interesting.
You will "follow," or go after, the writer.
He, or she, will be one of your leaders.

If someone gets interested in you in the
"Twitter" space,
He, or she, may "follow" and
you will "lead."

My Twitter is in Basic English.
