while working on Basic English at Harvard University, became conscious that it was not enough for learners of English language living in the United States. He, or she, comes across a word which is outside of the 850 words listed by Ogden, every minute. So Richards made another system, a step up from Basic. That is Every Man's English. 2006.11.03 Friday
Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Iraq
Pictures of men, women, boys and girls living under the effect of war are to be put out for public viewing on 4 and 5 of November, at Room S12, Fukushima University. It is a part of the university event which takes place every fall. |
